I love how she has truly captured the feeling of the Tiger Camp, the wonderful staff, clientele and different styles of training.
I have been having a wonderful time leading the morning yoga & Bodyfit classes, afternoon spin and weight training classes. I'm very excited to be offering Fitness Vacation Retreats here in Phuket starting at the end of January 2012.
