Training In Paradise


This is the view from my workout this morning. Just one of the beautiful locations we visit on my bootcamp and fitness/yoga programs in Phuket, Thailand.

 


Get your body moving – Exercise and dancing will raise your consciousness by promoting healthy brainwave patterns, healthy neurotransmitter levels, and great circulation throughout your nervous system. Help yourself rise up and break the pattern of not exercising by going for a friendly walk with one of your friends or even going to the club to dance. Both examples are: easy, fun, and empowering.

A Little Means So Much...

As we strive to better our bodies and transform our lives, it's very humbling and fulfilling to know the impact we can have on the lives of others. 

This weekend while teaching in Malaysia, I had the opportunity to join the Sparta Muay Thai gym on a visit to the Angel orphanage. We brought food and supplies to a group of 13 beautiful young children. We spent time together playing outside, laughing, and connecting.  


I'm very grateful to be working with Sparta Muay Thai and Tiger Muay Thai in an effort to support others in and out of the gym.
