Time to move and to TRAIN!!!

I was only able to stay at Julies Guest House for 3 days so today I found a new guest house to stay at for the next week. I'm sad about the move as Julie's was such a great place and I like really liked the vibe there. On another note I am happy that the place I found to stay at down the street is only $65 for the week. I have my own bathroom, shower and a fan. I am slowly starting to get over come my jet lag. Last night I forced myself to go to sleep at 9pm and I woke up at 4am. I feel pretty yucky after going so many days without going to the gym, so tonight I am on a mission to find any gym here in Chiang Mia. I love the food and I now have an addiction to chicken Pad Thai. I think that will have to be a treat on the weekend from now on. On Sunday I was able to find a great yoga studio.  It was a beautiful space with a wonderful outdoor health food restaurant. I really feel like I'm in heaven here.

Today I finished day two of my Thai Massage course called "Touching The Emotional Body", I love it. There are five other people in my class and I am the only one who speaks English as a first language. My note to self this week is"FIND STILLNESS". A huge challenge for me at times. I am also loving how the people here look you in the eye and smile so happily. I am so inspired to move deeper into all aspects of being, moving and connecting. I'm off to find a gym now : )
