Koh Phangan

I've really been enjoying the Sanctuary on Haad Tien Beach on the

island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. http://www.thesanctuarythailand.com/. Today I
am traveling to Koh Samui and tomorrow to Phuket. From there I will go
to Malaysia to renew my visa. I will continue to travel through
Thailand until March. I've been taking many courses in advanced Thai
massage, Tantra and yoga. In March I'm off to Kerela, India. At the
end of March I will go to Bali for the Bali Spirit Festival. I've been
missing teaching my fitness & yoga classes. I will have tons of new
energy to teach in the summer. I will post my favorite travel spots
shortly.
