Bangkok Buddhas
I spent the last few days visiting temples in Bangkok.What an amazing feeling to sit in front of the Buddhas.I have been completely awestruck by the beauty and the energy I have seen and felt here in Thailand. I love the Thai people and the reflection I have gotten while being here.

Chiang Mai, Thailand
I have been in Thailand for 2 ½ months now. I fell in love with Chiang Mai after only a few days so I ended up spending 5 weeks there. I was studying Advanced Thai Massage at the Sunshine Thai Massage school. Chiang Mai felt like home and I so look forward to going back again. Absolute Sanctuary Spa

Koh Phangan
I've really been enjoying the Sanctuary on Haad Tien Beach on the
island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. http://www.thesanctuarythailand.com/. Today I am traveling to Koh Samui and tomorrow to Phuket. From there I will go
to Malaysia to renew my visa. I will continue to travel through
Thailand until March. I've been taking many courses in advanced Thai
massage, Tantra and yoga. In March I'm off to Kerela, India. At the
end of March I will go to Bali for the Bali Spirit Festival. I've been
missing teaching my fitness & yoga classes. I will have tons of new
energy to teach in the summer. I will post my favorite travel spots
shortly.

It was like I fell down a rabbit hole into another universe. The Sanctuary is so special, I will never forget my magical time there. I was welcomed into my first workshop called Bliss Fest on the night of Dec. 26th 2010- Dec.29th 4 amazing days of exploration and growth.
